Join us for the final sound bath of year on Sunday December 1st 6:30PM - 8:00PM @ Fluxx for a Restorative Sound Bath Meditation hosted by Lindsey from The Offering.
🌟 This sound bath meditation is aligned with the Sagittarius New Moon where we will focus on setting intentions and planting seeds for the future.
💜Suitable for all levels of meditation experience, rest and restore as you receive the symphony of sound during this deeply relaxing sound bath meditation.
🌟The sound waves from the 432 hertz crystal bowls allow you to calm the chatter of your mind for deep relaxation, aiding in the intelligence of our bodies to feel, release, and enter into a state of recovery and healing to regulate the nervous system.
