Sage Yoga: Accessible Community Yoga in Cadboro Bay

All are welcome to this beginners-friendly, all-levels community yoga class in Cadboro Bay, taught by Sage DK at Saint George's Church. Classes are sliding scale $10, $15 or $20 according to financial means. Thursday 1:30-2:30 is a seniors class, and is by donation. Drop-ins welcome, but spot is not guaranteed. Pay via cash or etransfer (to [email protected]). Bring a mat, some water, and wear comfortable clothes.
