About this Program:
Join us for a 1-day bioinformatics workshop on Spatial Omics hosted in the new Flinders City Campus building. Learn how to handle, analyse and interpret spatial omics data from multiple modalities and technologies such as 10x Visium, 10x Xenium and STOmics (Stereo-seq). Learn the fundamentals of image processing and how to carry out cell and gene analysis across spatial regions, tissue segmentation and spatially aware clustering and more. Network and meet other peers working on similar datasets.
