Join the SAFS on Father's Day, Sunday June 16th, for our Annual Father's Day Hike at Mt Galbraith Park and complete the loop via Cedar Gulch Trail. ? This hiker-only trail features panoramic views of the front range and includes an optional summit, 4.2 Miles total, travel at your own pace.We will meet at the parking lot after 9:30 AM in order to start the hike at 10:00 AM so please don't be late. Make sure you bring water and snacks plus a picnic for an optional Apre-Hike lunch to enjoy in the parking lot. Optional as some hikers may alternatively visit The Golden Mill after which has various food and drink options.
Both hikers and non-hikers interested, please RSVP via email to [email protected] so we can have an estimated headcount. Mount Galbraith Park also has limited parking, so please arrange carpools if possible. Non-Hikers, we estimate our time of arrival in Golden around 1:00 PM.
