We’ll slow things down and look at how regulation changes the way the body signals and responds.
Each chakra will be explored as a lived, embodied experience rather than a concept to work on.
Practices will be simple, optional, and rooted in noticing, not performance.
This class is for anyone who feels the body deeply and wants language that’s grounded and practical.
You’ll leave with a clearer way to listen to your body and apply this map in real life and in your work.
This is a five-hour, slow-paced class with built-in breaks and time for integration.
