About this Event
The reenergized returns in September 2024 to gather social impact transformers like you who are serving historically underinvested and marginalized communities — providers, community leaders, entrepreneurs, technologists, funders, payers, and more. Folks on the ground are often also ones with the best solutions. So we’ll be equipping you with skills, inspiration, collaboration opportunities, and promising practices to improve our communities, health, and well-being.
Our three days together will be filled with learning, sharing, and connecting through a three-day design challenge, which will include:
- Designing Patient Experiences for Trust
- AI in the Safety Net: Don’t leave our workforce and communities behind
Our outcomes are prototypes built by you that are destined to make a difference in the communities we serve.
To create this event, CCI relies on co-design and thought partnership from collaborators who work directly in support of community health centers, providers, and the safety net at large. CCI is thrilled to have AllianceChicago, ILN, Community Health Center Network, and Kaiser Permanente organizing the event with us!
