Safety Blows Self-Defense Class @ Pecs Bar (San Diego)
Join us for a two-hour self-defense class designed for all fitness levels and ages. Learn essential techniques to protect yourself and boost your confidence. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a full water bottle to keep yourself hydrated.

Our Instructor:
Tony Kawakami is a native Hawaiian who is a passionate advocate for justice and equality in support of LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and human rights movements. He is an army veteran, a distinguished martial artist with almost 40 years of experience, personal trainer, and self-defense instructor.
