Join us on Saturday 22 November at the Hope Centre for this evidence-based suicide prevention workshop led by the experienced team at Life Matters Suicide Prevention Trust. The safeTALK workshop equips you with practical tools to recognise and support someone who may be thinking about suicide — whether it's a friend, whānau member, or loved one. Most people with thoughts of suicide don’t truly want to die, but are struggling with the pain in their lives. Through their words and actions they are inviting help to stay alive.
