About this Event
The 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence is an annual international campaign that starts on 25 November, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, and runs until 10 December, Human Rights Day.
Our Parks and Open Spaces Development Team recognises the importance of women and girls accessing and enjoying our Blue and Green Spaces, safely.
This is an opportunity to head out for an night-time walk with like-minded women.
We will be joined by a Local Neighbourhood Officer who will be sharing personal safety advice and answering any questions you may have. This is a relaxed, informal session.
Tea,Coffee and festive treats will be provided after the walk to warm up!
Once registered you will receive final information in advance of the walk.
