Conflict in the workplace is inevitable, but destructive conflict is not.
This course is designed for people working across the arts and creative sectors at all levels to enhance self-awareness in conflict and to develop greater conflict competence in responding to tensions in the workplace.
The course consists of three elements. Participants must complete all three elements, as follows:
1. An online Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP) assessment (takes approx. 20 minutes) in advance of the training workshop;
2. A full one-day in-person training workshop;
3. A post-training day one-on-one feedback session (approx. 30 minutes).
This valuable, in-depth training will empower participants with a range of developmental, communication and management tools to deal with conflict more effectively and avoid the distressing fallout of poorly managed conflict.

COST: €50 per person (includes tea, coffee and lunch).
A limited number of bursaries are available for freelance artists / arts workers to cover the full cost of this course: apply by sending a short bio by email to [email protected]. Bursary places will be awarded on a first-come first-served basis.
