In times of uncertainty and change, safe spaces become essential. Spaces where women can gather, breathe, be seen, and be heard. Spaces rooted in dignity, consent, compassion, and mutual respect.
This gathering is an invitation to connect in a supportive and nourishing container. Together, we will explore what safety feels like in our bodies, our relationships, and our shared community spaces. Through open conversation, and collective presence, we honour our truths and uplift one another.
Whether you are seeking connection, healing, grounding, or simply a moment to exhale — you are welcome here. Your experience matters. Your voice matters. You matter.
What to expect:

• Reflection on boundaries, consent, and support

Anyone who identifies as a woman, inclusive of trans and non-binary women.

Bring: An open heart, comfortable clothing, a mug, cushion or chair for sitting, and anything that helps you feel at ease.
