Safe Sitter® Coursesgrades 6-8
Prepares students to be safe when they’re home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting. Students learn life-saving skills such as how to rescue someone who’s choking, and helpful information like what to do in an emergency, how to change a diaper, and more. The lessons are filled with fun activities and role-playing exercises!
Participants only need to attend one class to complete the course. Pack a water bottle and snacks. There will be a one-hour lunch break; participants are welcome to bring a lunch and eat at the Y, or they may go off-site for this hour.

A $10 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is due at the time of registration. Cancellation requests must be sent in an email to [email protected] at least 5 days prior to the class. Any cancellations after payment has drafted (4 days prior) will not be refundable.
