About this Event
The Safe Sisters Healing Circle is a monthly in-person group for women who are local to Wilmington, DE, like to eat, and want to be a part of a community of women who desire deeper connection with themselves and each other. The group focuses on emotional healing, working with the energies in and around you to support your healing journey in a safe, non-judgmental space. Bring a dish to share (no alcohol, please!), a journal if you wish, and your openness and vulnerability.
It is a safe space to talk openly and cry - it's about being able to take off the masks we so often wear in daily life, and just be our raw, vulnerable selves in a place that is designed to be safe, brave, and free from judgment. Essentially, we're navigating through the shadows together. Generally the first half hour is eating and just chatting and getting to know each other before we dive in. I ask everyone to bring a dish to share because nourishing each other fosters really deep connection. Then we do a short guided meditation to transition us into the deeper healing conversations, and we always close with a guided meditation as well.
Suggested donation for Safe Sisters Healing Circle is $20-40, but donations of any amount are welcome and appreciated. Donations help to cover the cost of the venue, the time, energy, and effort put into preparing the group, as well as years of education, practice, and expertise that drive the group experience.
We meet at Scout Cafe at 2316 Baynard Boulevard, Wilmington, DE 19802.
Street parking is available - please be mindful of not blocking driveways!
