• Run by the police motorcyclists it’s also a chance to get to know the people behind the badges and pick their brains.
  
• Learning and discussion time at the Bike Shed plus approximately 3 hours of road time.
  
• Develop your confidence across most of the road types you’d expect to see as a rider, taking in all the complexities of riding in urban areas as well moving on to outer London where you’ll have the chance to put into practice new learnings on national speed limit roads.
  
• Two riders to each police motorcyclist.
  
• All participants will receive a police accredited certificate which offers a 10% discount at most big insurance companies.
  
• There will be an opportunity to buy lunch during the day.
  

Timings

8.45 start Bike Shed EC1

2hrs with classroom session.

3hrs On road riding observation sessions

3.30/4pm end
