This clinic is going to be lots of hands on but does not include riding. It is to help you prepare to own or lease a horse in the future; or is a great refresher for those who are currently leasing or own a horseThe clinic will include catching from the field with different situations such as: What to do if your horse runs from you, how to get to your horse if it is in a group of other horses, getting your horse to leave the herd, identifying your horse. We will also go over a little bit of making sure your saddle and girth / cinch fit appropriately, how to bridle and make sure the bridle fits your horse, mounting in many different environments and situations, planning your ride time effectively and much more.
We understand it can be intimidating going from a lesson setting to riding independently and we want to help make you more comfortable with this process.
This clinic is Saturday, February 15th starting at 4 p.m. Cost is $60. Message us here or contact your instructor to register.
