These two hours will change how you move through your day.
Learn to:

✅ Set verbal and physical boundaries
✅ Defend yourself when seated or surrounded
Saturday, November 15th
12pm -2pm.
Open to all ages. Recommended 13+. Under 18 requires a parent/guardian.
Your ticket includes a FREE pass for a friend! You'll both get access to the 2 hour seminar PLUS a FREE self-defense session at Fit to Fight® Charlotte or Fit to Fight® Gastonia.
10% of proceeds will be donated to Catherine's House supporting women and children in our community.
