Safe in Sound: Somatic Sound Healing and Connection Circle
You are warmly invited to a Somatic Sound Healing and Connection Circle. (A moonthly offering)This circle is divinely timed—arriving in the same week as the Lunar New Year, under the energetic influence of the Year of the Fire Horse in the Chinese lunar calendar. The Fire Horse carries bold, transformative energy—symbolizing movement, liberation, courage, passion, and truth. It invites us to reclaim our vitality, release stagnation, and move forward with embodied confidence rather than force.
Astrologically, this is a potent threshold: a moment to reset the nervous system, listen inward, and align intention with action—not from urgency, but from grounded presence.Together, we will gather in sacred community to:Gently arrive in the body through somatic grounding and nervous system regulationExperience a sound healing journey using instruments that support deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic realignment.
Set intentions aligned with the lunar new year, honoring what is ready to be released and what is calling to be born.Close with a sharing circle, allowing space for reflection, integration, and authentic connection (always optional and held with care)This circle is designed to support you in slowing down, listening inward, and reconnecting with your body, breath, and inner knowing—while being witnessed and supported in community.
Time:
Circle begins at 6:00 PM and flows gently until 8:30 PM, including time for integration and group sharing.No prior experience with somatic sound healing or sharing circle is needed.Space is intentionally held with presence, compassion, and respect for each person’s unique process.
6:00 – 6:20 | Arrival & Grounding
We begin by settling into the space and creating cozy “nest” areas using blankets, cushions, and grounding supports. This unhurried arrival allows your nervous system to land and your body to feel safe before any deeper work begins.
6:20 – 6:30 | Gentle Welcome & Intention Setting
Brief, heart-centered introductions and an overview of the evening. We’ll establish shared agreements to support a safe, confidential, nonjudgmental, conscious container.
6:30 – 7:00 | Somatic Connection & Gentle Movement
Guided, accessible stretching and somatic awareness practices to support embodiment, release stored tension, and reconnect with internal cues. All movement is invitational, with options to rest or modify at any time.
7:00 – 7:45 | Healing Soundscapes / Sound Bath
A longer, immersive sound journey designed to support regulation, integration, and deep rest. The sound bath allows the body and nervous system to process and settle without effort.
7:45 – 8:30 | Heart-Centered Sharing & Connection Circle
We close with a spacious sharing circle, offering time to speak, reflect, and be witnessed in a safe, authentic, and nonjudgmental community space. Sharing is always optional—listening and presence are equally honored.
