This one-of-a-kind event blends life-saving CPR training with restorative moments of connection and creativity. Whether you’re a new mom, expecting, or a parent seeking confidence and community, this experience is designed to nurture both your hands and your heart.

• Adult & Infant CPR + AED Training: Learn essential, hands-on skills to respond with confidence in emergencies. Upon completion, you’ll receive an official certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Intermission with Refreshments: Enjoy a mindful pause with light snacks, finger foods, and time to connect with others.
• DIY Body Butter Workshop: Tap into your creativity by crafting a nourishing whipped body butter with natural organic ingredients. Enhance your experience with optional add-ons like herbal tea blends and botanical bath soaks.

By the end of Safe Hands, Creative Hearts, you’ll walk away with an AHA CPR certification, handmade self-care creations, and the support of a community that celebrates women and families.
