Safe Hands, Creative Hearts is a unique session hosted by CPR & Cradle, created to empower, educate, and uplift. This one-of-a-kind event blends life-saving CPR training with restorative moments of connection and creativity. Whether you’re a new mom, expecting, or a parent seeking confidence and community, this experience is designed to nurture both your hands and your heart.

What to Expect

Adult & Infant CPR + AED Training: Learn essential, hands-on skills to respond with confidence in emergencies. Upon completion, you’ll receive an official certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
Intermission with Refreshments: Enjoy a mindful pause with light snacks, finger foods, and time to connect with others.
DIY Body Butter Workshop: Tap into your creativity by crafting a nourishing whipped body butter with natural organic ingredients. Enhance your experience with optional add-ons like herbal tea blends and botanical bath soaks.

By the end of Safe Hands, Creative Hearts, you’ll walk away with an AHA CPR certification, handmade self-care creations, and the support of a community that celebrates women and families.

Info: Build life-saving skills and confidence in this hands-on session led by our certified instructor. You’ll practice essential CPR and AED skills for both adults and infants, learn how to respond in emergencies, and receive an official American Heart Association (AHA) certification upon completion.

Intermission – Refreshments & Connection

Info: Take a break, enjoy light snacks and finger foods, and connect with fellow attendees. This is a great time to relax, ask questions, and network in a supportive atmosphere.
