The Optimist Club of Windsor believes in providing safe opportunities to the youth of our communities. Every Halloween we have the opportunity to partner with the Windsor Police Department to provide a safe Halloween Alternative Event. This annual event is hosted at the Windsor Community Recreation Center. The event provides a safe and positive location for families to bring their children to have fun and show off their best costumes. This event has been successful for many years thanks to the partnership between the Windsor Police Department and the Optimist Club of Windsor. We also want to thank the Town of Windsor, Windsor Parks Recreation and Culture, Windsor Severance Fire Rescue, and the other local service clubs that helped out at this event.

Date/Time: October 31st of every year from 6 pm to 8 pm.
