Saengerfest (German for "Singing Festival") is a free one-day festival hosted in beautiful downtown New Braunfels. We hope that you will join us! Prost!
Join us for a day of music and festivities! Headline entertainment at Saengerfest includes Shinyribs the Zack Walther Band Jessee Lee Lowdown Drifters and Squeezebox Bandits on the Main Stage. Our Hinterhof (German for "Backyard") stage will host local artists performing back-to-back sets all day in a casual acoustic setting. Visit WeinStein & Dine University on the stage of the historic Brauntex theater to hear from local chefs vintners and brew masters about their signature concoctions and try a sample of some area favorites throughout the day. The Lil' Saengers Family area will feature programming for the whole family to enjoy including dance lessons and performances baby goat snuggles arts and crafts lawn games and more!
Visitors are invited to shop the unique stores situated around downtown and dine at one of the many local establishments located within the festival's footprint. Food trucks and marketplace vendors will also be on site!
This event is free and open to the public from noon until 10pm.
A free park-and-ride shuttle will run all day from New Braunfels City Hall (550 Landa St New Braunfels TX 78130) to the downtown festival.
