Hey Y'all! Mother's Day is around the corner. Let's celebrate with one of our fantastic brunches on Sunday May 12th from 10 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Chef Shawna will be preparing our outstanding and delicious brunch menu, and as always we will have some tasty items on our mini buffet bar (included with our brunch).
Menu featured items:
Chicken-N-Biscuit, hand breaded fried chicken with buttermilk biscuits, with country sausage gravy. Accompanied by thoroughbred potatoes and smoked ketchup
Trail Ride Waffles, two buttermilk waffles topped with fresh berries and cream
Bloody Mary Burger, blue cheese stuffed burger topped with balsamic caramelized onions and served in a brioche bun with toasted aioli. Accompanied by thoroughbred potatoes and smoked ketchup
Race Day Plate, ham and smoked provolone sandwich cooked french toast style with a powdered sugar dusting. Accompanied by thoroughbred potatoes and smoked ketchup
Gauchos Pleasure, green chile pork enchiladas with thoroughbred potatoes and southwest aioli
Rileys Cobb Salad, crumbled ham, hard-boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles and sliced red onions served on a bed of mixed greens. Served with herb ranch dressing and fresh crostinis.
Our incredible bartenders will be shaking us up with fantastic cocktails! Of course there will be a featured drink too!
Our private brunch reservations are from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Cost is $40 per adult and $12 per child, for members, and $50 per adult and $15 per child for non-members. As always, there will be more enhancements to the facility to see!
Five percent of proceeds will be donated to KU ADC for a cure for Alzheimers!
