Calling all Creatures! Whether you’re single, coupled up, or maybe it’s just complicated, everybody can be a little sad sometimes. So this coming Valentine’s Day weekend, we’re excited to bring Sad Song Singalong to Creature Comforts!
On "Sadderday," February 15th, Sad Song Singalong will play their 25th(!!!) edition of cathartically melancholy melodies at the taproom. They’re all songs you know and love, because, well, we want you to sing along!! So be it The Killer's "Mr. Brightside,"
TLC's "No Scrubs," or Natalie Imbruglia's "Torn," there's something for everybody!
And to be clear - This is NOT karaoke, this is a live band event where the crowd sings as one. You won't be thrust in front of the mic, only thrust into a night of awesomeness.
Black Market Burger Company will also be joining to feed us the fuel to hit those high notes, so come sad and come hungry!
And while the recent wildfires have wreaked havoc on Los Angeles, they've also shown the amazing strength and resolve of our community. It’s been truly inspiring to see the city rise up to meet the challenges ahead. It’s in that spirit that we want to band together and belt our hearts out as one for a few hours.The show will be free for all ages, and the band has suggested that in lieu of tickets donations be made to MusiCares in support of musicians that have been affected by the fires.
