SGDC will be held biweekly for 5 Sundays from 6:30-8pm: Jan 19, Feb 2, Feb 16, March 2, and March 16. Your purchase of a ticket is for all 5 sessions.

~What is Sad G*rl Dance Club?
SGDC is a biweekly dance party at Inner Purpose that incorporates a brief discussion of how movement relates to our mental health and some time for processing our experiences in the session. SGDC is intended to create a sense of community, release, and fun while engaging with our feelings.
~Can I come to just one session or choose which one(s) I want to attend?
We are hoping to build connection and trust with a consistent group, so we are asking folks to commit to all 5 sessions when they register.
~Accessibility and Sensory Info:
The building has an elevator and accessible, gender-neutral restrooms. The space will be dimly lit and have a disco ball and loud music. You can bring a drink, earplugs, or anything else that makes you comfortable.
~Can I request a song to dance to?
Yes! You will be sent a form for song requests after you register, though we can't guarantee that every request will be played.
~ Are sliding scale tickets available?
