Sacred Zen: An Immersive Yoga & Sound Bath Experience

A 3 hour immersive evening with restorative yoga, sensory sound bath, and space to reset - part of our 8 part Chakra Series, beginning at the Root.
Expect low lighting, grounding scents, and layered live sound - including crystal singing bowls, a Venus planetary gong, a Sanskrit gong, and the crystal harp.
This first session focuses on the Root Chakra: stability and grounding (part 1/8).
