A layered experience where Kelly will take you on a journey through physical poses, supported by your breath and props - inviting you to soften, let go and create space within. Deepened by the soothing sounds of Colleen intuitively playing gongs, crystal bowls and sacred instruments to fully immerse you in a cocoon of unconditional love.
Held on the last Monday of the month - we welcome you to surrender into stillness and remember the sacredness of your being.
