Guided by Krystle Stagman, this ceremonial gathering is a devotional journey inward. Rooted in ancestral sauna traditions and woven with ritual, prayer, and rest, this experience is designed to awaken the goddess within, softening the heart, strengthening the spirit, and restoring the body.
Within the womb-like embrace of steam and the revitalizing contrast of cold, we will invoke Brigid’s medicine of compassion, courage, and renewal. Through guided intention and shared presence, you are invited to release what no longer serves, tend to your inner flame, and reconnect with your innate feminine power.
This is a space for women to be witnessed, held, and empowered, where tenderness and strength coexist and where your sovereignty is honored.
