A drumming circle is a space to express yourself freely, and share the joy and the power of drumming in community.
Drumming has long been a way for women to gather, celebrate, release stress, and find strength together.
No musical experience is needed — this is about connection, not perfection. Just bring your curiosity, and an open heart.
Spare drums and instruments will be available.
Pease note drumming can be contra-indicated for those suffering from active PTSD, or Schizophrenia. Please consult your GP if you have any concerns.
