You are invited to join us for our fortnightly Sacred Women's Circle with Sound Bath! Our circles run fortnightly, allowing you to make heart-felt connections and supportive networks with each other.
Our circles are held at Fremantle Yoga Centre in Bicton.
These circles are a safe and nurturing space for women to come together and connect, share, and receive and connect with the feminine while receiving beautiful healing modalities.

WHAT TO EXPECT
- Guided meditation, pranayama (breath exercises) and self care with certified yoga teacher
- A deeply relaxing sound bath by experienced sound healing practitioner
- Sacred share circle by candlelight to connect more deeply
- Ritual and ceremony - tarot, sage, intention setting, etc
- Heart-opening ceremonial cacao
- Honouring of seasonal sabbats and nature's cycles (e.g. winter solstice, full moon, menstrual cycle etc)
- Support connecting with the inner and outer cycles from a trained menstrual cycle coach (it doesn't matter if you're not menstruating or post-menopause, you are still a cyclical being and very welcome and valued here!)
Refund policy
Tickets are non-refundable, however, they can be transferred. Please provide more than 48 hours' notice if you'd like to transfer to a future circle. If you can no longer attend and it's outside that window, you can transfer to a sound bath event, however. Contact Lyndal at [email protected]
ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
Lyndal is a certified yoga teacher, experienced sound healing practitioner, menstrual cycle coach and facilitator. She's been attending circles since 2015 and offering women's circles since 2020. She loves the way they weave together presence, sacred ritual, laughter and connection.
