You are invited to join us on Wed May 1st for our first Sacred Women's Circle! Held at Nature of Self in North Fremantle, these circles are a safe and nurturing space for women to come together and connect, share, and receive.
Our circles will run fortnightly, allowing you to make heart-felt connections and supportive networks with each other.
Exchange: $35 for one circle, or $50 for two circles. (Next circle date and time tbc)
What to expect:
- connecting with yourself and other like-minded women
- sacred sharing circle
- heart opening Ceremonial Cacao
- guided meditation with sound healing by sound healing practitioner
- honouring of seasonal sabbats and nature's cycles (e.g. winter solstice)
- menstrual cycle awareness practices from a menstrual cycle coach
- themed group discussions and partner work (e.g. honouring autumn equinox, or how to work with the premenstrum)
