Monthly Circle for Connection & EmpowermentJoin us in Community for our monthly women’s empowerment circle. Each circle will be unique and will be guided by the energy of the group and its needs. Some things you will expect to find at at these circles: sacred sharing, partner exercises, Kundalini yoga, Breathwork, meditation, reiki, laughter yoga, ecstatic dance, journaling, and more! The intention of this circle is to create connection, a safe space to be ourselves, to be seen and heard, to connect with other like minded souls, and to grow the community and Spiritual family. Laura’s Bio:
Laura Hoff is a retired Dental hygienist, Spiritual Life Coach, course creator, Reiki Master, Yoga teacher, retreat leader and women’s circle facilitator. She helps women ????????? their ????? and ?????? to ???????? their highest self, dharma, joy and freedom.
After 14 years in hygiene, Laura suffered physically, emotionally, mentally and even Spiritually. She was at her wits end and knew something had to change. She spent many years getting certified in many different holistic modalities to help heal herself. Her life changed when she learned she was an Empath and how this was affecting her daily life and energy; especially as a hygienist and taking care of others all day.
Energy is everything and is at the core root of every distress in our lives. She now uses her experience to help other women through Energy healing and evolve on their Spiritual path.
