SACRED WOMEN CIRCLE
Cacao - Angelic Reiki - Meditation - Journalling - Sharing Circle - Card Pulling

Join us to sit in circle as we honour the Sacred Divine Feminine within us. This circle is for all women and anyone that identifies as a woman.
We will sit in circle, in ritualistic nature where can deeply connect to self, ground, rest, recharge and feel deeply from the inner depths our heart.
Women Circles are ancient rituals, practiced thousands of years ago, a gathering of women in a sacred safe space. Where women come together to share, to be heard, to be held by others. A place of true alchemy of self - of deep transformation of wounds, pain, insecurities, supressions, shame into full empowered feminine power. A place where we can heal together as we uplift each other.
* What to bring:
- Yoga Mat
- Mug for your Cacao
- Eye mask (optional)
- Anything you would like to add like crystals or special items for your sacred space
* **Disclaimer:
*Please read to prepare for drinking Cacao:
-Avoid caffeinated drinks at least 4 hours before the Ceremony, if possible avoid completely on the day.
-A void heavy meals at least 3 hours before, if possible avoid eating meat on the day, and avoid alcohol consumption for at least 24 hours before the Ceremony.
-B ring enough water to drink during the Ceremony, and afterwards, we will be working with very strong energies, it is very important to stay hydrated.
-A ll of these recommendations are to create a clean channel within our bodies to allow the Cacao to be absorbed better and the energy to flow freely without any obstacles.
