In today's world, many of us have forgotten the power of the womb space. We feel at odds with her. We may feel as though she is a liability, a space that can often cause us pain. In truth, the womb is a powerhouse of creation. The womb can hold and uplift our creative expression, create flow and movement in our lives, and give birth to life. The womb is a sacred center that deserves to be honored and revered, not feared and shunned. In this Womb Sound Healing Ceremony, you will have the chance to connect with other womb carriers - to hold space with and for each other as we gather to honor this sacred center.What to Expect:
During this ceremonial time, Laina Pilkenton will facilitate the following:
-Discussing the importance of energetically clearing and empowering the womb space
-Presenting the energetic and scientific reasoning why many womb carriers experience medical issues with the womb space
-Co-creating a floor mandala together to honor the womb as well as the women in our lineages
-A sound healing experience intended to help you release harmful energies from your womb (sacral) space
Many of us carry energies in the womb linked to inherited trauma, trauma we've experienced ourselves, compacted emotions, and past life wounding. The sound healing journey will feature a guided meditation technique that you can utilize for yourself in the future to continue to clear and empower your womb space.
Please bring the following with you to the ceremony:
-A journal and writing utensil
-Comfort items for the meditation (yoga mat, blanket, pillow, etc.)
-An open heart
