Grounded in Joy – A Women’s Circle
Grounded in Joy is an intimate women’s circle hosted by Alison Mullins, founder of the Coachella Valley Sacred Woman Collective branch, with special guest and co-facilitator Christy Curtis, founder of Grounded in Joy Wellness.
As the sun begins to set, we gather in sacred space to slow down, arrive fully, and reconnect with what feels steady and true within us. This circle is an invitation to root into joy—not as something we strive for, but as something we remember when we soften, listen, and come home to ourselves.
Christy brings a warm, grounded presence shaped by many years of guiding women through mindfulness, movement, and gentle self-inquiry. Her work is centered around helping people release the habit of pushing and performing, and instead cultivate self-trust, clarity, and a more nourishing relationship with themselves.
During the circle, Christy will guide a brief, intuitive coaching experience—woven gently into the evening—to support women in feeling more grounded in their bodies, clearer in their inner knowing, and connected to a sense of joy that feels authentic and sustainable.
Together, we will be held by:

-A sense of community, presence, and belonging
-This is not about fixing or figuring anything out. It is about creating space—to breathe, to listen, and to remember who you are beneath the noise of daily life.
