Jenny with Sacred Woman Collective Nebraska, is partnering with John from Journey Beyond Breath to bring you a Breathwork Journey and Sound Bath experience. The event combines science and sacred breathwork, sound healing, somatic movement, reiki energy, and ritual. Through breathwork, your body and mind harmoniously unite, guiding your consciousness to profound depths of release and meditation.
Stagnant energies are cleared and transformed by the gentle touch of reiki energy, and the healing vibrations of sound flow through your being, enveloping you in relaxation and peace.
This transformative experience is limited to just 8 souls, welcoming all men and women aged 19 and older.
