A nurturing space to honour the season of wintering - a time for introspection, rest, renewal and the re-emergence of your inner light.
About this Event

Step into a nurturing space to honor the season of wintering—a time for introspection, rest, renewal, and the gentle re-emergence of your inner light. Together, we will journey through sacred movement and sound, allowing the protective layers of your being to soften and open.

Tara will guide you with her gentle somatic expertise, offering explorative movements designed to bring you into a felt sense of grounding and stillness, while Jill will weave an immersive soundscape with gongs, bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments, activating deep remembrance and nourishing your heart space.

This gathering is an opportunity to pause, to gently move, rest, and listen deeply to the wisdom of winter.

About Tara

Tara offers gentle, attentive movement practices that support deep listening within the body. Her work weaves yoga and somatic awareness in a way that is responsive, nourishing, and grounded in real human experience.

As part of the Gentle Somatic Yoga faculty, Tara brings a subtle, informed understanding of how the body holds experience, how it can soften, release, and reorganise through slow, mindful movement. Her approach helps you to unwind habitual patterns, settle the nervous system, and reconnect with the body’s innate intelligence. This is an invitation to move with kindness and curiosity, allowing change to arise naturally from within.

About Jill

Jill is a guardian of sacred sound and stillness, holding spaces of deep remembrance, recalibration, and return. Her work is rooted in the Eternal Living Light, where sound is not performance but prayer, and ceremony is a living field.

Working with gongs, drums, voice, and elemental instruments, Jill opens slow, spacious journeys that settle the nervous system, clear distortion, and restore inner coherence. Her presence invites you out of striving and into truth, into the quiet strength of listening, breath, and embodied resonance.

These winter gatherings are an invitation to soften, shed, and rest into what is real, allowing what is false, heavy, or no longer needed to fall away naturally.

Together, Jill & Tara bring decades of lived experience, continuous learning, personal healing journeys that inform every space they hold.

This is not about expansion for its own sake, but about coming home.

Come as you are and embrace the stillness, grounding, and nourishment that this sacred gathering offers.
