Join Caitlin Anderson and Shannon Czerwinski for a post holiday, self care evening. This 90-minute experience is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore from the inside out.
We’ll begin with a 45 minute slow flow practice led by Caitlin. You will move mindfully through intentional sequences that warm the body, open the breath, and create space in both movement and mind.
Shannon will then wind down the evening with a supportive and nurturing restorative postures. Expect long holds, calming breathwork, and the opportunity to fully unwind as the nervous system shifts into rest-and-receive mode. You will also have an opportunity to enjoy soothing sound bowls as you find stillness and peace.
The practice is great for all levels, we ask that you bring your own mat. All other props will be provided.
