As autumn gently guides us inward — when the leaves turn gold and the veils between worlds grow thin — we gather on sacred land, at the mystical St Nectan’s Glen.
This ancient waterfall sanctuary, long revered in Celtic tradition for its healing waters and spiritual presence, cradles us in its embrace as we return to the deep feminine.
"Sacred Waters of the Womb" is a tender yet powerful three-day immersion for women ready to reconnect to their womb, body, and ancestral roots through the elemental medicine of water.
Held by two devoted feminine guides, this retreat invites you to awaken the ancient memory held within the waters of your womb — the inner chalice — through sacred practices including:

In addition, both Lexi and Trudi will be offering a limited number of 1:1 sessions over the weekend for those who wish to go deeper into their personal healing journey. (Please note: these are not included in the retreat price and can be booked separately.)

Trudi is a ceremonial guide and space holder with a deep devotion to feminine wisdom traditions. As the creatrix of Wild Samsara and the founder of Womb Reiki, she brings together over a decade of experience in womb healing, shamanic ritual, herbalism, and energy work. Her ceremonies are woven with ancient practices, intuitive insight, and lovingly crafted oils and plant allies that support deep transformation. Lexi is a passionate guide for women's healing and reconnection. With roots in traditional yoga and over 10 years of experience in the wellness world, she weaves together womb yoga, embodiment practices, elemental flow, and shamanic wisdom to create sacred, soul-nourishing spaces. Her work is grounded in the cyclical rhythms of nature and the body, and she is deeply devoted to holding transformational spaces where women can come home to themselves.
