Join us for a nourishing afternoon of grounding, clarity, and inner refinement under the energy of the New Moon in Virgo. This lunar moment invites us to reset our routines, clarify our intentions, and realign with what truly serves our highest well-being.
♍️ Virgo’s earth element encourages healing through simplicity, presence, and embodied self-care — making this the perfect time to craft intentions rooted in integrity and mindful action.
We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony 🍫, gently awakening intuition and presence. Together, in a guided circle we will connect inward, soften the body, and relax the nervous system to bring in more lightness and joy.
Through a guided journaling experience 📓, you’ll receive writing prompts aligned with Virgo’s energy to help you organize your inner world and plant new seeds with intention.
The experience will conclude with a soothing sound journey 🎶 featuring Native American flutes, drums, crystal bowls, and vocals—designed to support deeper integration and relaxation.

Facilitator’s Bio:
Treya Jaholkowska is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki Practitioner, Sound Healer, and Intuitive Coach. Her work blends sacred music, ancient practices, and creative expression to support healing and inner alignment.
With over 30 years on a spiritual path—including time spent in ashrams, monasteries, and Indigenous ceremonies—Treya offers grounded, heart-centered experiences that awaken the body, mind, and spirit. She shares her work through retreats and conscious workshops, blending ancient wisdom with creative expression.
