Sacred Tones: Singing Bowl Dream Journey
A meditative sound healing experience for deep rest and inner vision
Enter a space of stillness, resonance, and restoration. Sacred Tones is a 60-minute immersive sound healing journey guided by the ethereal tones of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls. Designed to support nervous system reset, deep rest, and clarity, this experience invites you to lie back, soften, and receive.
You’ll be held in a field of sacred sound, where each frequency works to gently clear stagnation, balance your energetic field, and open the door to dreamlike insight. As the tones ripple through your body and awareness, you may feel layers of stress dissolve, the mind quiet, and the heart open.
No prior experience is needed, just bring yourself, your breath, and a willingness to receive.
*Mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided. Please arrive on time. Doors will lock at the start of class as to not interupt the sound journey. No refunds for last minute cancellations or no shows.
