Join us for a magical morning at Sunny Isles Beach as we gather to honor the sacred cacao plant and welcome the rising sun with a stimulating yoga practice.

This cacao ceremony will be a beautiful experience of connection, gratitude, and intention setting.

Let’s come together in community to sip on this heart-opening elixir and set our intentions for the day ahead.

This event is a wonderful opportunity to start your day with mindfulness and positive energy. We look forward to sharing this special experience with you.

We have a very intimate circle, there is a limited number of ten attendees. Please reserve your seat asap. I need to prepare the cacao and make enough for everyone.

Cacao is chocolate in its purest form. It contains several nutrients, historically known as “the food of the gods”. This plant medicine allows us to open our hearts more deeply. Cacao helps us release negative patterns and fears.

We will delight in the energy of the sunrise, sand, and ocean.

You will experience:

-cacao medicine

-meditation

-a light yoga practice

-gathering in community

What to wear:

-comfortable clothing/yoga wear

What to bring:

-2 large towels or 2 large blankets

-water

-journal and pen

-optional (crystals, flowers, Sun hat)

What to do before ceremony:

-do not eat a heavy meal 2-3 hours before

-a light meal/snack 1-2 hours before is fine

-do not drink alcohol/coffee or stimulants

-drink water before and after

-come with an open heart 💜

We will begin promptly, so please arrive on time!
