Sacred Sundays is a women-only somatic healing experience held in the serene setting of a Himalayan Salt Room. This unique gathering blends somatic movement, breathwork, and Reiki energy healing to help you release stored tension, reconnect with your body, and restore your nervous system.
Each session is designed to be a mini-retreat—an intentional pause from the busyness of life—where you can drop into your body, connect with your intuition, and feel deeply supported by a like-hearted community of women.
