? Sisters, please join us for a juicy morning of connecting deeply with our own body, heart and soul & replenishing ourselves in the frequency of our collective feminine healing & rising.
? I am so thrilled that balm./Rachel Waterhouse will be co-facilitating this experience and offering her POWERFUL musical medicine. https://www.balmmusic.com/
? As summer kicks into gear, let’s take a sacred pause together to make time to feel, to integrate the spring season, and to reconnect with our roots, so we can stay connected to the deep parts of ourselves as we flow outwards into the most external season of the year.
? This morning mini-retreat will include a guided breathwork & somatic release journey, followed by a self-inquiry journaling practice, and a women’s heart share circle.
? This is a safe space to feel, to process, to be held in safety and empathy, and to release with love, through the body, what we may have been moving too fast to truly feel, acknowledge, and heal.
? The suggested rate for this mini-retreat is $40, which will allow me to compensate our beautiful musician with what she is worth… but/and, if you need a sliding scale rate, you are welcome to pay-what-you-can when you register.
? Please register in advance to save your space. https://www.empowerbodymindsoul.com/live-events (bottom of page)
? Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in & bring a journal, a yoga mat, a water bottle & a special finger-food snack to share around the altar while we picnic, share our hearts, and network/build community.
Meet your Facilitators:
Lizzy Zima
Lizzy is a mother, somatic self-care & embodiment coach, women’s circle facilitator & creator of EMPOWER Body Mind Soul movement modality for women. She has been supporting women to reclaim their worthiness & self love, and to feel safe, secure and EMPOWERED in their bodies & their lives, for over 17 years.
At the center of her work is the prayer that we metabolize our past trauma in order to RISE into the powerful, sovereign, courageous and graceful leaders that we are here to be. She carefully curates her containers to be safe spaces to build community, unwind from patriarchal conditioning (shame, competition, judgement, scarcity, unworthiness, and overemphasis on the mind), and reclaim the innocence, wisdom & power of our body, heart, and higher self.
balm./Rachel Waterhouse
balm. is a solo loopstation based project from Rachel Waterhouse (frontwoman/lead vocalist/keyboardist/ songwriter for Sister Ivy) that features long-form, lush loops of haunting vocals and complex keyboard textures over persistent bass lines and live-looped beats. Labelled as "dark enya" on one or more occasion, as well as "lo-fi with dank vocals", balm. takes audiences on a quest to feel all their feelings and soothe their most wounded inner parts.
