Ecstatic Movement Tribe and Curious Cat Lounge invite you to Sacred Sundays, a brand-new, bi-weekly event series in the heart of downtown Denver at the beautifully curated Curious Cat Lounge on Broadway. This intimate gathering is all about community, connection, and the power of movement as a healing art.
Begin your journey with a Silent Contact Improv Lab from 1:00 to 2:15 p.m., where you'll explore mindful, non-verbal connection in a peaceful setting, discovering new layers of presence and expression. From there, we transition into an Ecstatic Dance Journey led by a live DJ, enveloping everyone in a wave of rhythmic, soul-stirring beats from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. Let the movement carry you as you release, celebrate, and immerse yourself in the healing power of dance.
Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just curious, Sacred Sundays is an invitation to gather, heal, and celebrate in a vibrant, conscious space filled with like-minded individuals. Together, we’re building a sanctuary for movement, connection, and self-discovery.
