Why the Snow Moon?
The Snow Moon is the full moon that graces the winter sky in February, named for the deep snowfalls that blanket the earth during this season. It symbolizes purity, release, and renewal—a time when nature rests beneath the snow, preparing for new growth. Spiritually, this moon invites us to let go of what no longer serves us, clear space within, and plant seeds for the life we want to cultivate.
Holding this session under the Snow Moon aligns with its energy of introspection and transformation. Just as the earth lies still yet fertile beneath the snow, we pause to breathe deeply, release old patterns, and root ourselves in intentions that will bloom in the months ahead. It’s a moment to honor the quiet power of winter and embrace the promise of renewal.
What to Expect
· Welcome & Intention Setting: Warm tea, mingling, and gentle guidance on the journey ahead. We’ll begin by writing down what you want to release, or manifest. These will be held until the closing fire ritual, so if new insights arise during the session, you can add them.
· Grounding & Growing with Anne: Connect with the earth during snowy months by getting your hands in the soil. Explore the plants at Decora, choose one that resonates with your energy, and plant it as a living symbol of your intention for growth. You’ll take this plant home as a reminder of your journey.
· Breathwork Journey with Lizzie: 2-hour powerful restorative breathwork journey, supported by immersive sound, sleep masks and headphones inviting you to soften your mind, tune inward and experience deep nervous system calm.
· Closing Fire Ritual: Together, we’ll end at the fire, sending intentions to the universe, whether for release, manifestation, or both.
Includes: Tea, light snacks, all materials for writing and planting, and a deeply supportive environment.
Bring: Comfortable clothing, water bottle, and any additional snacks you’d like.
Important Note: We require a minimum number of registrations to confirm this event, as Lizzie will be traveling from Victoria, BC to join us. Please book early to help us make this special experience happen!
