December’s Theme: Rest & Inner Light
This month, we honor the natural stillness of winter. Together, we’ll release the weight of the year, settle into deep rest, and awaken the gentle glow that lives within each of us. This circle invites warmth, peace, and inner illumination.
During this gathering, you will experience:
Grounding breathwork
A guided meditation for rest, renewal, and inner radiance
Quiet reflection or journaling
Intention-setting for the solstice season
A collective closing blessing in sisterhood
No meditation experience is needed. Come exactly as you are.
