You are invited to join us at the Pilgrim Chapel from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. for our weekly "Sacred Space" program. This is an opportunity to gather in community for inspiration, healing, and a focus on self.
Each Sunday will provide an opportunity to participate in a guided meditation, reflect, and engage with others in the group.

Our facilitators include Amy Zoe Schonhoff of Mindfulness in the Heartland, and Leslie Tenjack, of LightShift Counseling.
We hope you will join us for this opportunity to pause, reflect, and consider our shared humanity.
