As Connor plays his Handpan Karlee will be offering facial release massages with essential oils. Feel the tension melt away as every stroke harmonizes with the rhythm of your well-being.

As the afternoon progresses, we will transition into a sound bath performance by Karlee Rose using her quartz crystal singing bowls, mystical instruments, & voice transmissions through her singing. Let your heart open to the melodies of soulful singing, a transcendent experience that reverberates with joy & love. Embrace the powerful healing energy of Reiki that will be offered during the sound bath.

What is a Handpan?

Become one with the mystical sounds of the hand pan which is a steel instrument whose look takes after the classic UFO.🛸It is tuned to D minor, 432hz which encourages balance, healing, & harmony. With it being in a minor scale it allows you to reach into the depths of your mind to recognize & release that which you are ready to let go of. It's soothing melodies are often the spark of brilliant insights & inspiration. You may be full of energy or softly lulled to sleep as this magnificent sound graces your ear drums & speaks to your cells in a coherent manner which allows you to begin the healing process as the stresses of daily life are whisked away.

Meet your Facilitators:

Karlee Rose serves as a Spiritual Facilitator, Sound & Energy Healer, Intuitive Soul Coach, & Community Connector. Her primary focus lies in community building & empowering souls to take charge of their healing journeys. Karlee offers personalized one-on-one sessions, comprehensive programs, engaging events, & transformative retreats. Her contributions have gained recognition, including a Women in Business magazine feature highlighting accomplished women in the Central Okanagan. Additionally, she has achieved the status of a #1 best-selling author as part of a collaborative book titled Aligned Leaders.

Connor Rollo has been working with energy for over 12 years through many different practices such as Meditation, Qi Gong, Kung Fu, Reiki, & even created his ever-evolving energy healing modality "Liquid Flame". He also has nearly 2 decades of experience in music & a firm understanding of sound & frequency healing. His passion is in helping others to empower themselves through the tools he offers such as; coping with & overcoming the emotional spectrum, depression, anxiety, emotional trauma, physical trauma, & physical pain.
