Norabell and Angelina have been offering healings for a couple of years now with level 2 sound healing accreditation and many hours of service. We have a deep love for the instrument of the human and the frequency in which it connects to the sacred instruments of various kind from across the world. We work with Gongs, Crystal Bowls, Bells, drums and many other fun and unique tools. We absolutely love and honor this sacred work. Immerse yourself in the healing power of sound therapy as you journey inward to connect with your radiant heart. The upcoming planetary alignment on January 25, 2025, will feature several planets aligning, which is considered an opportune time in astrology for focusing intentions, manifesting goals, and aligning with cosmic energies. To maximize the power of this alignment we will have an alter and set intentions. Here is an example on how to best use this alignment and some of our intentions for this sound healing. If you would like to bring any of the following for the alter please do!

• jupiter: Amethyst or lapis lazuli (expansion, wisdom)
• Venus: Rose quartz or emerald (love, beauty)
• Mars: Red jasper or garnet (action, courage)
• Saturn: Black tourmaline or onyx (grounding, discipline)
• Mercury: Clear quartz or citrine (communication, intellect)

• Connect to the Energy of the Planets
• Meditate or visualize: Sit quietly and focus on your breath, grounding yourself into the present moment. You can close your eyes and visualize the alignment of the planets, imagining them surrounding you with their individual energies. Feel the celestial forces aligning within you, allowing you to draw in their strengths.

• Write down your goals: Use this alignment to set intentions for growth, healing, and transformation. Write down what you want to manifest, focusing on both personal and spiritual goals. Be specific, and aim for goals that align with the positive energies of the planets. For example:
• • Saturn: Commitment, discipline, long-term stability
  • Jupiter: Expanding your knowledge, attracting abundance, success
  • Venus: Enhancing love, beauty, and creativity
  • Mars: Gaining the courage to take action on a project or decision
  • Mercury: Improving communication skills or intellectual clarity
• Visualization: With each goal, imagine it coming into fruition. See it manifesting as if it's already happening. Feel the emotions of success, happiness, or relief as if you’ve already achieved it.

Affirmations help to focus your energy. Repeat empowering statements, such as:

• "I align with the energies of the universe, and I attract abundance and opportunities."
• "I release all blockages and open myself to the flow of cosmic wisdom."
• "I manifest my highest potential with the support of the universe."

• Offerings: You can create offerings for the planets in alignment (such as water, incense, or symbolic items). Each planet has its own preferred offering:
• • Saturn: Black stones or soil
  • Jupiter: Gold or violet flowers
  • Venus: Candles or sweet fruits
  • Mars: Red flowers or iron objects
  • Mercury: Incense or gemstones related to communication

• Thank the planets: After the meditation, affirmations, and manifestations, thank the planetary energies for their presence and support.
• Seal your intentions: To seal your intentions, you can perform a symbolic act, such as burying your written goals in the earth (to align with Saturn’s grounding energy) or burning the paper (to release the intention into the universe).
• Grounding: After the ritual, take a moment to ground yourself by walking barefoot on the earth or sitting in meditation. Feel the energy being absorbed into your body,

• Invocation: You may want to call upon the planetary energies directly by saying:
• • "I call upon the cosmic forces of the planets in alignment today. May their power and wisdom flow through me, bringing clarity, growth, and manifestation."

If traveling in from the North ~ DO NOT TAKE LINDEN~ TAKE BROADWAY COMING WEST ON MAPLETON THEN UP SUNSHINE CANYON RD.

Park at the top lot when you reach the top of the first incline there will be a wooden entrance to the right, please park anywhere on the spaces to the left of the trail entrance and following the lights down to the Temple about half way done the hill.
