Join us in the Purtinga, Wetland & Environmental Centre for a soul soothing therapeutic Sound Journey performed by Chris from Harmonic Essence.
Situated adjacent to Purtinga Creek at the Eastern end of Cornerstone College campus, the Wetland area and adjoining Environmental Centre is overshadowed by Eucalyptus that are indigenous to the area. There is an abundance of bird life, native flora and fauna and walking trails that wind their way through the natural environment. A perfect setting for our journey.
A Sound Immersion, Gong Bath, Sound Meditation, Sound Journey or Sound Bath is a sensory audio experience that is hard to describe in words. The sense of calm can be likened to many years of accumulated meditation practice - all at once entering your being – this feeling can remain with you for days into weeks in some instances.
To participate could not be easier. It takes very little effort on the part of the receiver. All that is required of the participant is for them to show up and either lie down (most cases) or for some; sit in a meditation posture or even a chair.
A series of sounds from multiple large healing gongs, precious metal Himalayan Singing Bowls, Clear Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes, Healing Drums & Percussion, Native American Flute, Heart Warming Vocal toning/chanting and Magical Hand Pan, take you on a journey unlike any other.
Each experience is unique and there is no previous experience required.

By Approval, a transfer can be applied if notification is received in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the workshop.
Any cancellations within 7 days of the event will not be moved to another event, however you can on-sell or gift your ticket to another person.
