Sacred Sounds in Sacred Spaces offers a relaxing retreat, where the gentle vibrations of sound invite you to reconnect with yourself. The open atriums in these sacred spaces amplify the soothing sounds, allowing you to experience a deep sense of calm.The first session of the next round will be held on Sunday November 16th, at 3pm at the Centenary Chenango Street Church. Participants should bring their own comfort items, such as yoga mats, pillows, or chairs.
